This book is a bilingual nonfiction adventure story that follows Marty, a biologist who is passionate about chameleons and their conservation. He and his family in Mexico have many pets, but the ones they cherish the most are the chameleons, who can change their colors and patterns to adapt to any situation. Along with Marty's wife Maria and their kids Mia and Mateo, you will learn about the amazing abilities of these animals and how Marty tries to protect them from extinction.
This book is written in both English and Spanish, so you can practice both languages at your own pace. You can read it from start to finish, or switch between languages as you wish. You will also find fun activities to find chameleons in colorful pictures, and an additional reading list to reinforce your learning.
